We are seeking a highly skilled coach to drive continuous improvement across our retail teams. As a key player, you will empower store teams to become true ambassadors of our brand culture and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Customized Training Plans: Collaborate with Store Managers to create tailored coaching plans, ensuring team members receive the necessary training to excel in their roles.
  • Deliver Engaging Coaching Sessions: Conduct new hire inductions, product knowledge updates, and clienteling best practices sessions to enhance team performance.
  • Foster Individual Growth: Foster individual growth and team cohesion by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback.
  • Align Learning Outcomes: Collaborate with Store Managers to ensure training outcomes align with business objectives, driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Enhance Client Experience: Observe and support staff on the sales floor, offering real-time coaching to optimize the client experience.
  • Ensure Successful Completion: Ensure 100% compliance with training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support Store Managers: Offer a fresh perspective and confident influence, acting as a sounding board for Store Managers' needs.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising: Develop skills combining product knowledge with effective selling to optimize KPI performance.
  • Maintain Training Quality: Monitor in-store training quality and impact through follow-up and active shop floor presence.
  • Foster Talent Development: Identify potential training talent within the store for development and mentoring roles.
  • Ensure Consistent Onboarding: Facilitate consistent onboarding for new team members, liaising with HR for proactive planning.
