We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, has excellent communication skills and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Clinic Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience that sets the tone for their visit.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and answering calls in a professional and friendly manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing client bookings
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions
  • Stock management and maintenance of clinic facilities

Key Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
