Beauty Reception Coordinator Job Description

This is a key role in our beauty clinic where you will be the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and possess a passion for the beauty industry.

About the Role:
  • You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, managing bookings and ensuring the smooth running of the front desk.
  • With your beauty knowledge and exceptional customer service skills, you will help clients feel comfortable, informed and excited about their treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product knowledge and sales
  • Performing basic beauty treatments (such as LED, Teeth Whitening and EMS)
  • Greet and check-in clients professionally and warmly
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain client records
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
  • Prepare and clean treatment rooms between clients
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as calling clients and checking in on them
  • Support daily clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service and client care
  • Coordinate with therapist staff to optimise client experience and clinic efficiency
  • Perform cleaning duties throughout the clinic to maintain a pristine environment
  • CLOSE AND SECURE THE CLINIC AT THE END OF EACH DAY
  • Assist with hands-on tasks as needed to support the team
  • Manage social media accounts and support the Marketing Manager
Requirements:
  • Friendly and bubbly personality
  • Take initiative
  • Admin experience is essential
  • Able to work evening shifts until 8pm
  • No Sundays
