Overview:

Our client is seeking a skilled and organized customer service professional to join their team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic company in the beauty space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, meeting customer expectations and driving business growth.
  • Booking Deliveries and Tracking Orders: Coordinate delivery schedules and track order progress, maintaining excellent communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Accounts Payable (Processing Invoices): Process invoices and manage accounts payable tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth financial operations.
  • Accounts Receivable (Allocations and Invoicing): Manage accounts receivable tasks, including allocations and invoicing, to maintain healthy cash flow and customer relationships.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you will need:

  • Excellent Administration or Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and administration support.
  • Good Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using Excel and other relevant software applications.
