Job OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our team and help clients achieve their version of feeling good by:
Motivating and Empowering Team Members- Lead by example and inspire your team to excel in their roles and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee smooth day-to-day clinic operations and manage staffing needs for optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Ensure our customer value proposition is delivered to exceed client expectations and build long-term relationships.
- Drive clinic profitability and expansion, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Hold a formal qualification in Beauty (e.g. Cert IV, Diploma of Beauty Therapy) and possess relevant industry experience.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on empowering others.
- Bring business acumen and a passion for the beauty industry to this role.
- Focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving outstanding results.
