Job Overview

We support a family of companies that operate in various sectors of personal injury management. Our product is a panel of allied health and medical specialists who provide assessment services to assist various stages of the personal injury lifecycle.

Our team comprises Allied Health Professionals dedicated to making a difference for our clients.

We specialise in Workplace Mediation, Vocational Rehabilitation, Physical Assessments, Training, Management Coaching and Team Interventions in South East Queensland and northern NSW.

Key Responsibilities
  • To help people return to meaningful engagement with their return to work;
  • Conducting assessments including initial needs, Assessment of Daily Living, Household Services, MBIs;
  • Planning, coordinating and monitoring implementation of programs including complex case management of same and new employer, job seeking programs, and Return to Work Facilitations;
  • Working with clients within a biopsychosocial model through a risk analysis system to support achievement in safe and durable Return to Work goal;
  • Maintaining quality and customer care whilst achieving or exceeding targets through a supportive environment;
  • Engaging with key stakeholders including insurers and employers; and developing strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of return to work objectives.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Experienced in rehabilitation, clinical or occupational health settings;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people;
  • Business initiative and the motivation to achieve financial targets (billable targets);
  • AHPRA registration;
  • Comcare accreditation (desirable but not essential);
  • Driver's License (and reliable car with insurance).
