About Us

Our agency is a medium-sized healthcare provider that specializes in caring for individuals with complex needs, particularly those with spinal cord injuries and acquired brain injuries.

Job Role

As a care worker, you will ensure the optimal comfort of our clients by providing assistance with daily living activities and other care as determined by their needs and care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with complex and/or challenging needs
  • Personal care: bowel care, showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Domestic assistance: light housework (cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation)
  • Assisting clients who use personal equipment/aid, including walking or standing frames, wheelchairs, hoists
  • Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress
  • Social Activities: transporting clients to appointments, shopping, and planned social activities
Essential Criteria:
  • Eligibility to work in Australia
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain before employment
  • Police Check or NDISWC are essential, with a preference for NDISWC
  • Working with Children Check
  • COVID-19 Vaccine Digital Certificate
Desirable Criteria:
  • Experience in providing complex personal care
  • Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disabilities, or similar
  • Previous experience in healthcare or community welfare
