We are a disability support organization providing various supports to individuals.
Our ideal candidate is an experienced care professional with a passion for delivering quality care, patient and empathetic, with a focus on person-centered services. They will possess relevant qualifications, be active and engaging with initiative and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Our team strives to create a positive, fun and constructive atmosphere where our clients can reach their goals and full potential.
We offer employee mentorship, professional development assistance, travel reimbursement, penalty rates, performance bonuses and the opportunity to work flexible shifts including afternoons, days, evenings, mornings and nights. Our staff are required to commute or relocate to Wollongong, NSW.
We require applicants to hold a First Aid Certification, Working with Children Check, National Police Certificate and Driver Licence. Preference will be given to those with Australia Work Authorisation. The successful applicant will be expected to work in person.

- To maintain accurate records of client interactions;
- To participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
