Project Planning and Control Specialist

Candidates are sought for a challenging role in project planning and control. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of national infrastructure, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting of project program status.

Responsibilities will include developing, maintaining, and updating project programs for both the planning and delivery phases, as well as collaborating with project and construction managers to integrate construction methodologies and sequences into the program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain project programs to ensure accuracy and alignment with project progress
  • Collaborate with project and construction managers to integrate construction methodologies and sequences into the program
  • Prepare and maintain basis of schedule documentation, including 4D modeling and build sequence diagrams
  • Identify and mitigate program risks and constraints, and support tender program development through detailed planning analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants should have experience on complex, high-value construction or infrastructure projects, tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, or similar), and proficiency in planning software such as Asta Powerproject, Microsoft Project, and Primavera P6.
