Role Overview

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our expanding Media and Communications team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on creating visual assets that connect with fans, members, and tell stories of both brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop compelling visual content for both teams
  • Design engaging content for social media channels, websites, and electronic direct marketing campaigns
  • Produce membership collateral, merchandise designs, and dynamic game-day assets
  • Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in fonts, layouts, tone of voice across both teams
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of creative campaigns and seasonal content for both franchises
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain visual consistency and support fan engagement initiatives
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating solid design principles including typography, layout, and brand alignment
  • Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to follow brand guidelines
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive creative thinker with outstanding communication and organisational abilities
  • Self-motivated and resilient, with openness to constructive feedback
  • Knowledge and interest in basketball or sports content highly advantageous
