**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in Hobart. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually stunning content that engages audiences across various channels.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual content across print, digital, packaging, POS, advertising, events, and social media that aligns with our premium brand identity.

The role will involve adapting designs for diverse audiences, ensuring brand consistency across B2B and B2C channels. Additionally, you will leverage AI design tools to streamline ideation, asset creation, and campaign mock-ups while maintaining creative originality.

You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes. This may include supporting strategic marketing initiatives, such as chef collaborations, retail activations, and health-focused educational content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ideal qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience across brand, print, digital, and packaging design, with a strong portfolio of engaging, on-brand creative.
  • Skill in motion graphics and video editing, and knowledge of AI design tools and content creation platforms.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with attention to detail.
