Visual Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Design Expert to join our Marketing team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning content across various channels that align with our premium brand identity.

Your day-to-day tasks may include:

  • Developing compelling visual content for print, digital, packaging, POS, advertising, events, and social media
  • Adapting designs for diverse audiences while maintaining brand consistency across B2B and B2C channels
  • Leveraging AI design tools to streamline ideation, asset creation, and campaign mock-ups while preserving creative originality
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes
  • SUPPORTING strategic marketing initiatives, including chef collaborations, retail activations, and health-focused educational content
  • Maintaining and evolving brand assets, including guidelines, digital libraries, templates, and partner toolkits for consistent execution across all channels

To succeed in this role, you will ideally possess:

  • A qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
  • Experience across brand, print, digital, and packaging design, with a strong portfolio of engaging, on-brand creative
  • Skill in motion graphics and video editing, and knowledge of AI design tools and content creation platforms
  • Strong communication and excellent project management skills
  • Attention to detail and passion for health and sustainability
