Defence Fuels Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled tradesperson to join our team as a Defence Fuels Maintenance Specialist.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment, diagnose and repair issues in a breakdown environment, and undertake project work as required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various sites throughout the region, with occasional travel requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have trade qualifications in mechanical engineering, relevant post-trade experience, and proven experience working in fixed plant maintenance, ideally in fuel services or Oil & Gas.
You will also require experience working within the defence fuels network or defence industry, and confined space and working at heights tickets will be highly regarded.
Safety is paramount in this role, and the ability to obtain appropriate Defence Security Clearance is essential.
- Maintenance and Service: Perform scheduled maintenance and service of fuel installation assets and equipment, including diagnostics and repair in a breakdown environment.
- Project Work: Undertake project work as required on fuel installation and related assets and equipment.
- Site Support: Support various sites throughout the region, with occasional travel requirements.
