A key team member of the Customer Service Operations department, the Customer Automation Lead will drive the development and implementation of automation strategies to enhance the customer experience.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive automation strategy, aligning with business goals and regulations
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automated workflows using Intercom and other tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
- Monitor and report on automation performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
