We're seeking a Claims Specialist who can manage a portfolio of caravan, motorhome & boat claims from lodgement to finalisation in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

This role requires someone who can provide high-level customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls as the main point of contact for customers. You will guide them empathetically through their claim process, actively listening and adjusting your approach to address their individual needs.

As a Claims Specialist, you will work with a 'Best Claims Practice' mindset and leverage your attention to detail to manage claims effectively. This includes processing complaints, maintaining up-to-date records, ensuring clear communication, minimising rework, and taking all necessary actions to advance the customer's claim.

You will be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional service to customers. If you are naturally empathetic and take pride in making a genuine difference, this role is perfect for you.

The successful candidate will have high-level customer service experience, prior claims experience (desirable), computer literacy, and excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, exceptional prioritisation skills, demonstrated problem-solving skills, decision-making abilities, and critical thinking are also essential.
