At Goodlife Health Clubs, we're passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and live a healthier lifestyle. As a Member Support Consultant, you'll play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.
As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, sales, and leadership skills to our members. You'll work closely with our team to achieve membership growth goals and retain existing members through proactive sales activities and retention programs.
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about the fitness industry and has a desire to help people succeed in their goals. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals, we'd love to hear from you.
About the role:
- Proactively contribute to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and the identification of new business opportunities
- Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
- Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
About you:
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates.
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- The ability to solve problems, and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
