Job Summary

As the Finance Director, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations of multiple offices. This senior finance position involves ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting and analysis.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual statements, in accordance with IFRS and US GAAP standards.
  2. Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.
  3. Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities and risks, supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
  4. Manage cash flow projections and optimize working capital efficiency through effective treasury management practices.
  5. Develop and maintain robust internal controls in accordance with Publicis policies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. C coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, payroll taxes and corporate tax filings.
  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors during annual audits, facilitating the audit process and addressing any audit findings or recommendations.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and professional certification.
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior finance position, ideally within a marketing agency or related industry.
  • Strong technical proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting and analysis, with a solid understanding of IFRS and US GAAP standards as well as other relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
