Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Leader to join our organization.

The successful candidate will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth.

A key focus will be on preparing accurate and timely management reports, as well as performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and expense analysis.

Additionally, the Senior Financial Leader will oversee the preparation and submission of BAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax, and manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance professional to leverage their expertise in management reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of stakeholder management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare accurate and timely management reports
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, and expense analysis
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of BAS, FBT, and Payroll Tax
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a senior finance role, ideally within government or large, complex organizations
  • Strong technical expertise in management reporting, reconciliations, and tax compliance
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise across multiple levels
  • SAP experience required
