Role Overview

Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Leader to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage financial budgets, forecasts and reports to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring effective delivery of high-quality services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial systems and procedures, optimizing efficiency and quality outcomes.
  • Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders, including senior management and the board.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Professional accounting qualifications (CPA/CA) with a degree in accounting or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in finance, including leadership or management roles.
  • Experience in financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, FBT, and statutory compliance.
