What You Need To Succeed
  • Develop and Execute Change Management Strategies: Align with our Change Management Framework to address the people side of transformations, including developing and running change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training programs and resistance management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Guide Senior Leaders and Executives: Support them in fulfilling their critical role as change management sponsors and help people leaders guide their teams through change.
  • Create and Support Change Agent Networks: Integrate change management activities within change agent areas, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
  • Drive Active Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organisation.
  • Monitor and Evaluate the Effectiveness of Change Initiatives: Implement data-driven approaches to track the value and success of change initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Embody Continuous Improvement: Feed back into the continuous improvement of change management practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
  • Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
  • A systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
  • Deep understanding of organisational issues and challenges.
  • Flexibility to manage both large-scale organisational transformation changes and smaller change initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
