Learning and Development Professional

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions that meet the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver learning interventions that support capability and development initiatives across the business.
  • Utilize design principles, frameworks, and technology to ensure effective and high-quality learning solutions.
  • Support leader and capability uplift as required.
  • Provide effective customer-centric service across all aspects of L&D.
  • Design and deliver individual and group learning initiatives as required.
  • Undertake relevant administration tasks, including learning content, knowledge management, learning management, and other systems, to ensure compliance and adherence to policy, procedure, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in all aspects of contemporary learning and development in medium to large organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience in training design, development, delivery, and evaluation in a similar business environment.
  • Experience using learning authoring and design tools such as Articulate 360, Powtoon, or Adobe suite.
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
  • Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
