Job Title: Accommodation Service Coordinator

Fly in Fly Out role - 14 Days on and 7 Days off. Work Schedule: 10 Hours shift Daily. Food, Uniform, and Accommodation provided.

The primary focus is on efficiently managing and executing accommodation rooms cleaning, offices, public areas, and mine-site cleaning during dedicated shifts at the designated camp and related facilities.

  • Supporting the housekeeping services operations of a Remote FIFO Residential Village with occupancy of 50 - 200 residents
  • Reporting to Assistant Facilities Manager, manage and execute Accommodation rooms cleaning, offices, public areas and mine-site cleaning on a dedicated shift at the designated camp and related facilities.
  • Ensuring full compliance and consistency with the contract and Food safety program and business systems
  • Actively coordinating camp arrivals and departures with the Assistant facility manager and following cleaning schedules.
  • Providing customer service excellence and interactions while on shift
  • Ensuring full compliance with business systems, including the Quality Management System (QMS), Occupational Health & Safety System (OH&S) and Environmental Management System (EMS);

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Familiarity with OH&S, QA and systems
