Remote Village Manager Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to work at our remote mining village in South Australia.
We are seeking an experienced manager to lead our village operations, including catering and cleaning services. The successful candidate will maintain consistent operational performance, focusing on quality, cost, people capability, and performance. They will also drive regular and sustainable improvements in safety performance.
The Ideal Candidate- Experience in Village or Relief Management in remote settings
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build effective, engaged teams
- Experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines
- Financial and analytical skills in budgeting and resource allocation, preferably in remote or offshore sectors
