**Job Title:** Media Operations Executive

We're seeking a detail-oriented and financially astute professional to manage and optimize operational processes related to financial management and billing activity for a large-scale global client.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong analytical abilities, and an eye for detail. They will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of client accounts, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently and accurately.

  • Manage and optimize operational processes related to financial management and billing activity.
  • Analyze account data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Generate and distribute regular reports on account performance and operational metrics.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, commerce, accounting, or finance.
  • Experience in account management or operations in a media agency or similar environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.
