Media Agency Entry-Level Role

This role presents a fantastic opportunity to work within our in-house media agency. You will receive comprehensive training to support daily operations, including media booking, implementation, reporting and finance reconciliation.

Key responsibilities include setting up and monitoring media campaigns, reporting, assisting with owned marketing tasks and processing media invoices. Your day-to-day will involve:

  • Assisting with campaign bookings, setup, and tracking across all media channels
  • Booking and managing print, digital, and contra media placements
  • Coordinating creative materials and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Managing the full media finance process – loading and matching invoices in Spectra, validating them against media plans and insertion orders, generating and reconciling purchase orders, and submitting invoices in Concur
  • Producing monthly financial reports to support the finance team's end-of-month processes
  • Maintaining accurate records in internal systems for both media and finance
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and media vendors
  • Contributing to team development and growing your expertise in media and marketing

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team, upholding high-quality control standards.

They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly numerical with strong organisational and planning capabilities, and be proactive and solutions-oriented, thriving in fast-paced environments.

Additionally, they will be a positive, collaborative team player, eager to learn and take initiative, and have a passion for media and marketing.
