Media Operations Specialist Role

About the Job

The primary objective of this position is to ensure accuracy and integrity in media activities from campaign planning to invoicing. This involves collating and validating evidence, ensuring accurate representation of media activity.

Responsibilities:
  • Collate and validate campaign evidence for accuracy.
  • Work closely with media planners and buyers to load campaign activity into systems in line with approved media plans.
  • Challenge inconsistencies or unclear evidence requirements and align final submissions with client needs and audit-readiness standards.
  • Lead the collection, validation, and submission of required evidence to support client billing.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on evidence requirements and compliance standards, guiding the media team.
  • Partner with offshore and onshore media and finance teams to manage timelines, share best practices, and ensure alignment on deliverables and quality expectations.
  • Review, identify, and challenge discrepancies between media plans, system entries, and submitted documentation.
  • Maintain and optimize tracking tools to support accurate and timely submission.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in media operations, finance, or account management.
  • Proven experience working with complex clients and navigating intricate media ecosystems.
  • Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling media documentation, activity logging, and compliance-driven processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence managing complex trackers and reconciliation matrices.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
