Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer communication and satisfaction through effective phone and email management.
  • Manage daily office operations, including generating purchase orders, processing supplier invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Process weekly payroll, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer invoicing.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial transaction recording and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and PAYG with the ATO in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Manage superannuation payments, ensuring compliance with regulations and accurate recording of contributions.
  • Reconcile credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Schedule preventative maintenance jobs and ensure electricians are aware of their daily schedules.
  • Keep maintenance electronic forms up to date and track job progress.
  • Complete invoicing and ensure purchase orders are in place for each job.
  • Ensure jobs have accurate time and material allocation.
  • Develop and maintain procedures for each task.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using Xero and a job management system.
  • Excellent working environment with modern office facilities.
  • Fast-paced work environment.
