The Day-to-Day Operation of a retail site requires effective management of resources, finances, and staff. As a retail manager, you will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture, minimizing costs, and ensuring efficient stock management.
You will also be required to manage rosters, mentor team members, and promote a safe working environment. Your goal will be to work towards targets that include sales growth, fuel volume, and profitability.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fuel industry. You must have a current drivers' license and be able to travel between sites when required. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as high standards of customer service and presentation. A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn new skills are also required. Additionally, you must be adaptable and resilient, with a keen eye for detail and safety. Finally, you should be able to model our company values and empower your team to exceed expectations.
