Job Title: Security Officer - Retail

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Security Officer to deliver exceptional service and emergency response at our retail sites in the Illawarra region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality security services and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Conduct patrols, access control, and monitoring duties with professionalism
  • Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and threats
  • Maintain accurate incident reports and detailed logs
Requirements:
  • A valid NSW Security Licence with Crowd Controller endorsement
  • A current First Aid & CPR certificate
  • A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for safety and customer service
