To find out more about Park, visit www.parkfuels.com.au About The Role Reporting directly to the Retail Network Manager & supported by an accessible leadership and head office team, you will be responsible for the effective day to day operation of the site and facilities.
Key Duties Drive a culture where the customer experience is a high priority Minimise costs and controllable expenses through effective financial management Efficient stock management, including conducting investigations where required Managing and coordinating the rosters for all staff in the store Support in development of your team members through effective mentoring and leadership Promote a safe, collaborative working environment Work towards targets that include growth in sales, fuel volume and profitability What You Will Bring To Park Minimum 2 years of Retail Management experience in a similar role – fuel/convenience experience is highly favourable Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle Flexibility to work at other Illawarra-based sites when required Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and verbal High standards of customer service, presentation and teamwork A can-do, collaborative attitude with eagerness to obtain new skills Adaptability and resilience to work in a fast-paced environment Keen eye for detail and safety Ability to model the Park Values in your work and empower your team to consistently exceed expectations A strong sense of self-accountability and self-motivation If this sounds like you, please click on the "Apply Now" button to forward your resume.
