We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Clinical Manager - Critical Incidents and Onsite Services. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for leading the clinical service delivery of Critical Incident (CI) and Onsite Wellbeing Support (OWS). - Manage teams to achieve performance objectives and KPIs.
- Regularly assess progress against primary goals, ensuring high-quality service provision.
- Demonstrate commitment to achieving strategic objectives through strong leadership and role modelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relevant KPIs for coordinators and consultants in collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations.
- Develop and implement processes to maximise quality in service delivery.
Requirements:
- Registration as a Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a supervisory role within the organisational wellbeing industry.
- A minimum of 10 years' consulting experience, including 4 years in critical incident service delivery.
- Proficient in trauma-informed care and best practice service delivery.
