Responsibilities:
  • Process high-volume payroll from start to finish.
  • Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail throughout the payroll process.
  • Provide expert interpretation of Employee Benefits Agreements (EBAs) and Awards.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Perform termination and redundancy calculations, as well as salary packaging.
  • Prepare year-end and month-end financial reports, reconciliations, and payments.

The successful candidate will have over 5 years of experience in processing high-volume payroll, with a proven track record of implementing Payroll/Human Resources Information Systems. They will be able to demonstrate their expertise in Awards and EBAs, as well as their ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
