The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced banking and finance professional to join our highly regarded team.

  • Support the Banking and Finance partner across matters
  • Mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Provide advice to clients and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 3-6+ years post-admission experience in banking and finance
  • Strong experience in documenting lending transactions and advising on the PPSA
  • Experience with settling transactions using PEXA
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong drafting skills
  • Commercial acumen and critical thinking capabilities
