About the Role
The Payroll Solutions Expert plays a vital part in delivering successful payroll implementations via Dayforce, involving gathering requirements, configuring solutions, leading testing, managing stakeholder expectations, mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating with project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless payroll implementations across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to go-live and post-implementation support.
- Configure Dayforce solutions, lead testing processes, manage stakeholder expectations, and mentor junior consultants.
- Identify risks and work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Lead client workshops and meetings, gather requirements, and present tailored solutions.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams through effective communication.
Skill Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering payroll solutions with at least two years of Dayforce implementation experience.
- Expertise in business process mapping and modelling to optimize workflows.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer requirements and design bespoke solutions.
- A commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with clients and internal teams.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
Work Arrangements
This role offers a standard schedule of Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with a flexible work-from-home arrangement.
