Job Opportunity:

BDO Australia is seeking a Payroll Consultant to fill a key role. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of Dayforce HCM, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience in Dayforce implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering successful payroll implementations, mentoring consultants, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery.

The ideal candidate will also have expertise in business process mapping and modelling, analytical skills to assess customer requirements, identify pain points, and design tailored solutions that align with business objectives.

Additionally, the candidate will have a commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance, ensuring all implementations meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver successful payroll implementations
  • Mentor consultants
  • Identify risks and collaborate with the Project Manager
  • Expertise in business process mapping and modelling
  • Analytical skills to assess customer requirements
  • Commitment to best practices and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Over two years of experience in Dayforce implementation
  • Proven ability to deliver successful Payroll solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Strong foundation for strategic consulting and leadership
