Expert Traffic Engineer

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Expert to excel in a dynamic traffic engineering environment. As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small to large scale.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in transportation impact assessments, fee submissions and bids, client liaison, road safety audits, traffic and parking analysis.
- Design and implement high-quality traffic engineering solutions.
- Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and project management skills.
Your Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills in traffic engineering, including Austroads, Australian Standards, and DTP guidelines.
- Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, driving results-oriented outcomes.
- Experience in SIDRA modelling and traffic analysis is highly desirable.
