The Opportunity
We're looking to grow our team and welcome applications from:
- Senior Traffic Engineers with 5+ years' experience ready to take on leadership and ownership opportunities.
- Traffic Engineers with 2–3 years' experience seeking to develop their skills in a consultancy environment.
- Traffic Designers with engineering experience who are comfortable working across both design and engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or contribute to traffic engineering assessments for development and infrastructure projects, transport-related studies and road safety assessments.
- Provide technical advice to councils, developers, and architects.
- Mentor junior staff (Senior role) and actively develop your skills (Traffic Engineer role).
- Build client relationships and assist with business development.
- Help establish business processes and company culture.
What We're Looking For
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering.
- Senior Traffic Engineer: Minimum 5 years' experience.
- Traffic Engineer: 2–3 years' experience.
- Preferably with a background in consultancy or local government (Council).
- Strong technical and report-writing skills, including knowledge of the Planning Scheme, Australian Standards and Austroads guidelines.
- Experience with AutoCAD or MicroStation is highly welcomed.
- Client-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Someone who enjoys solving problems and brings a positive, can-do attitude.
- Driver's license to enable undertaking site visits.
- Ambitious and eager to grow into leadership and ownership roles.

Salary range: $85K–$130K
