We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate in Wealth Management. As an Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our Financial Advisers with client queries and needs, while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

  • You will collaborate closely with experienced Financial Advisers on client and account management tasks, ensuring seamless communication and effective service delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings and provide administrative support, using your exceptional communication skills to build strong rapport with clients.
  • Develop and improve internal process sheets for efficient client management, streamlining our operations and enhancing productivity.
  • Update regulatory documents as required, maintaining compliance and adherence to industry standards.
  • Support and learn from Senior Financial Advisers, leveraging their expertise and gaining valuable insights into the financial planning sector.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning or FASEA-approved course, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial theory and practice.
  • Experience working as a paraplanner or associate adviser, showcasing your ability to work collaboratively and think critically.
  • Strong advice strategy knowledge, including insurance, enabling you to provide informed guidance to clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Solid ability to build strong rapport with clients, fostering long-term relationships and driving business growth.

Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrated experience with XPLAN software, enhancing your technical skills and increasing your value to our team.
