Exceptional client relationships are at the core of this role, where you will assist experienced investment advisers in providing high-quality financial advice to top-tier clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting advisors to collect and analyze financial and investment information for sound advice
  • Maintaining client portfolios, providing timely advice, reassessing financial objectives, and revising investment strategies
  • Executing market-related tasks: providing market information, stock research, share trading, and market news
  • Completing administrative tasks, assisting with annual and quarterly reviews, and new client presentations
  • Liaising with the operations team for cash and stock transfers, settlements, corporate actions, and international trading execution

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • RG146 compliance desirable
  • Previous experience as an adviser assistant, associate, or client service manager (financial planning)
  • A university degree in business, commerce, or a finance-related field
  • Strong relationship management skills and a highly motivated approach
