Job DescriptionThis role will involve developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with project goals and timelines. You will identify key stakeholders and develop strong, positive relationships with them through proactive engagement, consultation, and addressing concerns.
- Developing and implementing stakeholder engagement plans to achieve project objectives.
- Identifying and analysing stakeholder needs and preferences.
- Designing and delivering effective stakeholder engagement activities such as public meetings, workshops, information sessions, and one-on-one briefings.
- Maintaining accurate records of stakeholder interactions and feedback.
Key Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' professional experience in stakeholder management, customer or community liaison and communications.
- Demonstrated experience on a Rail/Civil Infrastructure project or within a similar complex environment.
- A current driver's license and your own reliable vehicle.
