This is a 12-month part-time contract with possible extension, working Monday to Friday without weekends or public holidays.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced stakeholder engagement professional to lead our strategy and drive client referrals for our service. They will proactively promote and lead the engagement strategy to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

About This Opportunity

  • You should have well-developed communication (verbal, written and listening) and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide contributions to service direction, support and strategic engagement activities.
  • Relevant experience in and/or sound industry knowledge of health and aged care.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills to identify opportunities and make recommendations for change.
  • Able to effectively build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Able to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, engage and influence across all levels of staff, and understand and navigate the conflicting needs of diverse groups.
  • Able to work both independently and in a complex team environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to forward plan, be proactive and use initiative to plan and prioritise work to achieve set targets and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work both autonomously and with a team to participate and contribute to program and organisational objectives.

Requirements

  • Based on Silverchain Group Policy and Government Directions, you must provide evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 including booster, or evidence of a medical exemption to commence employment with us.
