Job Title: Technical Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated individual to lead the day-to-day operations of our laboratory.

About the Role
  • Take charge of leading day-to-day operations, ensuring effective management through strategic planning and quality outcomes.
  • Support the NATA framework and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with OH&S and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to meet customer expectations and address serviceability needs.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational procedures to ensure smooth operation.
  • Work closely with laboratory managers and technicians to achieve high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
