**Our Client**

Our client has reopened as the preeminent leisure site of Australia. Their multi-faceted offering caters for a broad range of patrons, bringing a piece of luxury to everyone. Their Bass Coast precinct stretches across one acre of hospitality space, and includes 7 restaurants and bars, as well as multiple world-class function and events spaces and an opulent pool deck.

The Financial Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all matters relating to financial compliance, rostering and payroll, invoicing, stock take submissions and effective and informative forecasting. Requiring a high level of attention to detail and professionalism, this is a perfect role for a manager who has a keen understanding of hospitality financial metrics and is a wizard with systems and excel to shift into operational admin.

As the Financial Operations Manager you will:

- Oversee and effectively control the daily, weekly and monthly financial reconciliation of all revenue for every venue
- Assist in the effective management of all general operations related P&L lines in line with budgetary expectations.
- Oversee and control the effective implementation of all business operations systems (POS, Stock Control, Time & Attendance, Labour Management, Security and Compliance)
- Management of the team roster publications and time/attendance approvals in conjunction with labour targets
- Assist in the development and preparation of annual budgets and operative and effective forecasting

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Several years of experience as a hospitality manager across a variety of venues and styles
- A highly structured and organised approach to your work
- Exceptional management skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent financial awareness especially in regard to COGs and Labour
- Above all, a genuine passion for hospitality
- Keen understanding of hospitality financial metrics
- Excellent written communication skills
