Job Title: Technical Operations Supervisor

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced and collaborative professional to oversee the operations of our aggregate laboratories. With occasional travel to support our other lab locations, you will play a key role in guiding laboratory teams and contributing to business performance.

You will lead day-to-day operations, manage equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational procedures, and collaborate with the technical team to meet customer quality expectations.

About the Role

As a Technical Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve high-quality results, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day operations of the laboratory, contributing to business performance through effective resource planning, budgeting, and quality outcomes.
  • Support the National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) framework and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and legislative requirements.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to meet customer quality expectations and address serviceability needs.
