**Our Client**

Our client has reopened as the preeminent leisure site of Australia. Their multi-faceted offering caters for a broad range of patrons, bringing a piece of luxury to everyone. Their Bass Coast precinct stretches across one acre of hospitality space, and includes seven restaurants and bars, as well as multiple world-class function and events spaces and an opulent pool deck.

The Event Operations Manager is responsible for driving all event operations across the entire site and leading the team in service to ensure the highest standards are maintained and the guests are not only given top priority but also shown a truly world class experience.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Previous extensive experience in an event operations role responsible for large scale events including weddings and corporate and social functions
- Experience managing a large and diverse team across multiple sites
- An understanding of key financial metrics including COGs and labour
- The ability to create a cohesive and effective team and instil a strong and balanced culture
- Experience in liaising directly with clients and developing strong key stakeholder relationships
- Excellent written communication skills
- A strong food and beverage knowledge and the good understanding of BOH operations
