Spiritual Support Specialist

Our school community at St Colman's School, Home Hill is seeking a Chaplain to provide pastoral and spiritual support to students.
\The ideal candidate will have experience in providing ministry and spiritual support and wellbeing services to students, as well as supporting children, young people and families to address social and emotional needs.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Providing pastoral and spiritual support to students, including spending informal time with students and mentoring and supporting students during the transition to adulthood.\
- Engaging students in opportunities for faith development, such as coordinating reflection and prayer experiences and helping organise major liturgies and celebrations.\
- Advancing the religious life of the school by contributing to the Catholic ethos within the college.\
- Fostering the experience of Catholic community by supporting events promoting collegiate spirit and contacting families in need under the Principal's direction.\
The successful candidate will be required to maintain records and data, participate in TCE programs and local chaplain networks, and perform other reasonable tasks as directed.
