Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead high-quality service delivery for community programs. As the Program Manager, you will oversee the effective delivery of end-to-end services that promote social inclusion and human rights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of high-quality service delivery that promotes social inclusion and human rights.
  • Leadership and coaching of a team of Case Workers with experience working with people with complex needs.
  • Cultivation of strong relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
  • Development and implementation of strategies to improve client engagement and program success.
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment that promotes open communication and mutual respect.

Requirements:

  • A well-developed understanding of social work principles and community services.
  • Experience leading a team, preferably in the community care sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check (employee).
