Residential Sales Representative

We are a leading builder of residential homes in Australia, offering a range of building services that cater to diverse needs and goals.

Our home designs have earned multi-award recognition, setting the benchmark in the new home building industry while ensuring our customers and staff remain at the centre of everything we do.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers early on in their journey to build a new home using one of our award-winning designs.
  • Schedule appointments and oversee day-to-day operations of the display home.
  • Promote memorable experiences by supporting customers through the sales cycle from developing leads to nurturing and closing.
  • Present information to help customers confidently design their dream home.
About You

You will share a passion for building better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter.

  • An outgoing personality capable of engaging with people effectively.
  • A passion for home design and living spaces.
  • Motivated by Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driven to achieve results.
  • Ideally you will have customer service and sales experience in big box retail, hospitality or related industries.
  • A strong drive to learn and grow within the role.
Availability

Availability to work Permanent Full Time - Saturday to Wednesday.
