- We are seeking qualified registered nurses to join our team of healthcare professionals working across home care, out-of-hospital and virtual care services.
This is an opportunity to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team, delivering evidence-based care to support customers with acute and chronic conditions.
You will be responsible for completing in-home clinical assessments, managing medication, including IV antibiotics via PICCs, and providing complex wound care, including NPWT.
About the Role:Our Clinical Home Care Specialists play a key role in supporting customers to live independently at home. You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the individual needs of each customer.
The role offers flexibility to suit your lifestyle and career goals, with both full-time and part-time positions available across 7 days.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality, person-centred care to customers in their own homes.
- Working autonomously and collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Coordinating the delivery of care to customers, including managing medication and treating complex wounds.
- Maintaining up-to-date practice knowledge and adhering to relevant funding streams and regulations.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working in an acute, sub-acute and/or community-based environment.
- Recent acute hospital experience is highly regarded.
