Medical Screening Expert

We are seeking a skilled Medical Screening Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting medical screening for customers with pre-existing conditions.
Your primary objective will be to assess the risk associated with each policy and make informed decisions regarding coverage. To achieve this, you will need to have expert medical knowledge and experience in the field.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing medical history and conducting assessments of customers with pre-existing conditions
- Requesting and reviewing additional supporting documents when required
- Conducting research on specific conditions as needed
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of policies underwritten
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Qualifications and/or experience in the Medical Field (e.g nursing)
- Previous experience in a customer-centric, sales focused role
- Knowledge of the Australian insurance industry and underwriting operations (ideally)
